You know how in 27 Dresses, the two main characters say their favorite part of a wedding is looking at the groom when everyone else is looking at the bride to see the look on his face? it was making me think about MY favorite part of weddings (in general, since all weddings are so different!). I absolutely LOVE the bride and groom during the recessional. They just look SO HAPPY! It makes for some “ugly” happy faces sometimes, but they’re amazing. kind of like this http://www.flickr.com/photos/papayas/2932124116/ Even the grooms look happy! If you’re going to get a genuine smile out of him, THIS will be the moment.
I could get a MILLION more, but I’ll stop lol
So what are your favorite parts of a wedding? Something during the ceremony, reception? Something totally different I’m over looking?

When they say their vows to one another. The look and the belief that they mean forever.

I kinda like watching the first dance…the interaction between the bride and groom! I get chills!

i have always been a look at the groom girl! I just love to see their face as the bride is walking down the aisle!
I couldn’t believe that someone else felt that way when I saw 27 dresses for the first time!

The way the groom looks at his bride when he first sees her come down the aisle. It always makes me cry, even if I don’t know the couple. THAT look contains so much emotion and love, it’s hard to love that.

I’m another “look at the groom” sucker! That’s the reason we’re not doing a first look – I can’t wait to see my groom’s face!!

I’m a first dance person.
I do love cake too though!
