lilsweetie:  Like other ladies have said; mine seems the most brilliant on a sunny day but in indirect sunlight. I took this pic at my desk at work the other day and because my ring was gowing and sparkling like crazy! I was facing a window and the sunlight was just streaming in!

The diamond seems extra shiny when there’s a little water under the stone, like after washing my hands.

It’s funny that most people enjoy the view of their stone in their car. Until I moved, I used to go out to my car and do my makeup because what my car mirror tells me and what my bathroom mirror tells me are two completely different things. Many times I have done my makeup in the bathroom, jumped in my car and nearly screamed at the sight of myself (usually due to an awful foundation line). Now I just set a mirror up in front of a window and do my makeup. I love how any natural lighting makes my jewelry look, that includes natural lighting that shines in through my car! 🙂

Mine looks best in spotlighting, like in our kitchen. It’s impossible to get a good picture of it though!

I took this picture this morning, and I love how white it looks against the snow…although it is reflecting my red sweatshirt a little haha

LoveLikeCrazy:  Thanks ladies! I was excited because it’s so hard to get a good picture! Also, it doesn’t snow that often in Southern California haha.

The lighting in my work makes my ring look amazing and sparkle like crazy, its like a jewelry store lighting, but its difficult to get pictures of because the whole store is black/navy and so when I take a picture my ring just looks sooooo dark.

Oh, and I forgot to mentione (because I don’t have a photo) that airplane lighting is just astounding. My stone creates huge swaths of refracted sparkles in a plane (with natural light coming in the windows). Sometimes I want to travel just because of that. Next time I’m going to get a photo, regardless of what other passengers might think!

Interestingly, the car is one of the few places I’m not terribly fond of my ring (unless my hand is off the steering wheel). In most lighting, stores, elevators, airplanes, outdoors, etc. my stone is phenomenal. But on top the steering wheeel in my vehicle? Meh.
