I get excited about spaghetti squash and grapefruit in the winter, then asparagus in the spring, and all of the amazing produce that shows up in the summertime!

pumpkin spice latte from starbucks,  pumpkin spice muffin from tim hortons, hot apple cider from anywhere, home made apple pie .

Fall… Pre Christmas and the Flavours are warm & comforting for sure…

Squash – Beets – Carrots – Cabbage – Brussels Sprouts – Cauliflower – Brocolli – Potatoes – Leeks – Onions

Apples – Grapes – Cranberries – Pumpkin – Quinces

Acorn Squash Baked with Maple Syrup – Broscht – Cabbage Rolls – Creamed Cauliflower – Brocolli with Cheese Sause – Scalloped Potatoes – Leek Soup

Apple EVERYTHING – Grape Jelly – Cranberry ANYTHING – Pumpkin Pie – and Quince Jelly

Not to leave out the annual Grape Harvest / Wine

Spiced Mulled Wine is a must for Autumn

OMGosh, I’m a drooling over here !!

Apple anything (pie, applesauce, pancakes, cake, muffins, etc.), pumpkin pie, squash (mashed, ravioli, in various veggie dishes). Yum!

Pumpkin EVERYTHING, even the seeds. So delicious. I also am pretty partial to caramel apples and hot apple cider this time of year.
