@TwoStatesBride:  Great post! I have 2 different play lists – one for running and another for strength training.

A song I recently download that is helping me amp up my speed when running (just recently started couch25k) is Steven Aoki – Boneless. The beat is SICK and super hard. It gets me pumped and I love it.

@TwoStatesBride:  I love running to Britney’s Work, Work.  Not the most profound song but the beat is perfect for running and I like how she keeps repeating “You want a hot body?  Look hot in a bikini?  You better work, work” 😀

And I like to lift to Damn, Girl by Justin Timberlake.

Pretty much anything by Electric Six, The Darkness, Queen, and Yeah Yeah Yeahs.  There is also a ton of kpop and jrock on my list.  Michael Jackson, Jamiroquai, and Miike Snow as well.  

I’m always looking for more to add.  I love the idea of a butt playlist, I will be stealing that idea for sure! 

his_sweet_girl:  I do too!  There’s some alt and hip hop mix in, but primarily rock.
