I’m looking through the various free sites (1001, dafont, etc) and had the idea of put the description part of our centerpieces in a typewriter font as though it would be one written when the pictures were taken (except for one picture all are 1950s or earlier).
But there are too many choices!
We’re looking for something cleaner – 1942 Report is a bit to rough for what we’re going for.
So ladies, what are your favorites?

No favorites but I like your idea.
Have you tried out Courier already? It’s a basic typewriter font and most computers already have it. I think it comes with some computer programs.
On dafont, there’s a free one called Another Typewriter which is a lot cleaner than the one you’re looking at.
Or if you don’t mind paying, there are a few on myfonts.com that are inexpensive. Smith Premier – the Nicky’s fonts versions are $7.95. Baltimore Typewriter has a few versions which are $2.

Courier is a thought but unfortunately one of the Bridesmaids and I use it way to much for a side project so we’re both a little sick of it.
But I’ll check out another typewriter, thanks!
