This thread is making me salivate.

For a really unusual topping – gold fish crackers.  Weird?

My favorite salad in the world is this, from Tria, in Philly: Arugula with Beets, Goat Cheese, Crushed Almonds, Red Onion and Balsamic Vinaigrette.  The beets are roasted so if anyone knows how easy or hard that is, please tell me.

At home, I like basically anything on a salad, but I’m picky about the greens.  Same with salads at restaurants.  I wish everyone would use arugula and “spring mix” instead of iceberg and leathery romaine.

I recently made a salad with white nectarines, mozzarella, and prosciutto.  I added raspberries.  Mmmm.

Quinoa is a really great topping that adds a lot of protein as well!

I love having couscous! So salad greens, tomatoes, pepperjack cheese, couscous, bell peppers. Any other veggies we have too.
