My husband and I are joining weight watchers tonight after the news from my dr. that my triglycerides are elevated. 🙁 Not good! I am so upset with myself for allowing this to happen. Just wanted to start planning my meals out, does anyone have any good recommendations as far as weight watcher recipes? Thanks! 🙂

My husband lost 100 pounds using WW online, and I lost 45. We’ve kept it off for more than a year. It can be done! We loved “Chicken with Balsamic Vinegar, Sweet Onions, and Thyme”; “Apricot-Glazed Turkey and Sweet Potatoes”; “Baked Turkey and Jack Cheese Chimichangas”; “Broccoli-and-Bacon Egg Cups”; “Penne with Asparagus and Bacon”. You can search the recipes by number of stars in the reviews. Good luck!
