Favorite thing: Love the people that I work with, my team is made up of very fun, friendly people

Least Favorite Thing: There isn’t a whole lot… maybe presenting to director-level higher ups (which is what I just did yesterday!), still get so flustered and feel like a fool presenting…

Favorite thing: People are really great about giving you positive feedback/credit for the work you do. If I speak at a meeting 2-3 people will make a point of telling me what a great job I did the next day

Least favorite thing: Too many people are convinced they are the smartest in the room. They’ll say something wrong, I’ll correct them and they’ll say “oh I just said the same thing a different way”

yeah… the wrong way

@Aicyla22:  Ditto! My job is in no way my dream job and the only thing I like about it is that I have one, although I don’t get benefits because I am “technically” not part time. Also I can cruise wedding bee at work. 🙂

favorite thing: I love so many things about my job. But, I guess I will go with my benefits. we get discounts to places all over the city (like movie tickes 50% off, resturant discounts, child care discounts etc), amazing health benefits, work from home options and flexible hours.

Worse thing: There isnt anything bad about my job but my biggest complaint is the fact that we dont telecommute. My job could easily be done from home (and more efficiently) but they only let us WFH once a week. living in the city, commuting is a pain in the butt and very time consuming. That is the only reason I want to telecommute. I love my co workers and being there once I get there but the commute is horrible for the majority of people.

Favorite: Helping animals and educating clients. Every day is different, sometimes your routine does not go as planned.

Least: The office manager does not know how to run a hospital, he actually comes to me for advice all the time. I am not a manager, never had experience as one and I should be focusing more on my duties then on his. I would prefer to have a manager that I can look to with confidence and not get a “I don’t know.” or “Can you deal with this please?”. I will also say, Parvo and cancer, I don’t really need to get into the details as to why…..
