Hey y’all I am drawing a blank with what to give my girls and wedding guests for wedding favors! It’s really one of the last things I have left to do! (2 months and 22 days out– woohoo!!!) Please share with me your favors to your bridesmaids and wedding guests!

I’m still very stuck on favors for guests, but for my girls I’m doing a little canvas bag with:
-a wedding day emergency kit
-a necklace with their initial on it
-flip flops
-a thank you note
-a mini bottle of their fave drink!
I plan on giving it to them when we’re all getting makeup/hair/getting ready

@Chelwilly: I am having a Destination Wedding and my sister is my only bridesmaid. I got her a beach tote, beach towel, personalized makeup bag, bathing suit and a few small bath/body things for her to use on the trip. I also got her a blue topaz necklace to wear.
For our favors- we are having salted caramels and they are soooo good!

My favors for my guests are handmade picture frames from wire. They will also work as decorations at the venue! However….it was a bigger project than i thought originally because they take for-ev-er! ugh lol. Hopefully it is worth it – although it is one of those things where you know 60 percent of people will probably throw them out or loose them within 6 months. Oh well!
For my girls i got them necklaces off etsy with their initials and a wooden jewelry box with their name woodburned onto the top. I am going to write them each a note to put in the box as well.. haven’t done that part yet. But I hope they will like it!

I went the DIY route for most of my wedding, except guest favors. I’m a librarian, so I just couldn’t resist the idea of giving bookmarks. They said “thank you for being a part of our love story” with our names and date. Cheesy, but they were super cheap (250 for $30), and the quality was really nice. They shipped to us very quickly. I think we used overnightprints online. Plus, it doesn’t require people to take home something that they don’t want, but takes up a lot of room. A bookmark is tiny, and when it’s stuck in a book, no one cares what it says.
I didn’t want to go with candy, because people were already going to be eating, and there were plenty of sweets available on the tables. I love the idea of plants, or food items, but that wouldn’t work well for people that were traveling.
For my bridesmaids, I gave them reusable cups with lids/straws to use that day. I made them earrings that matched the colors of the wedding to wear. Then I filled a small bag with little post-wedding relaxation items – fancy soap, a woodwick candle, and a nice lotion. I shopped discount stores, so each bridesmaid’s gift cost under $25 total. We had a small budget!
For hostess gifts, I went with large jar candles, a stained glass butterfly that you hang on a planter edge (our wedding had a lot of butterflies incorporated), and a bag of candy.

@Chelwilly: I plan on doing a pair of TOMS for my bridesmaids (so they could get comfy at the reception), their necklace, and a DIY Wire Name hanger.

They don’t have the exact ones i got anymore…it was over a year ago i got them. But if you just type in bridemaids personalized necklaces (or bracelets, ect. ) loads come up. That’s what i did. 🙂
