I am a smoothie addict. I am permanently hungry around 10:30 (despite having a huge omelette and veg for breakfast), so I always take either green juice or smoothie to work with me.
I just made the best smoothie! Banana, raw cacao, coconut yoghurt, coconut water, avocado, and vanilla protein powder. I’m annoyed that I just threw it together and didn’t measure any of it out to recreate!
So what are your favourite recipes??? I eat anything so the more recipes the better

I make a really basic quick one every morning to take with me to work, and I usually have it around 10:30 (I am just like you – have a good breakfast but get hungry around that time!) I just throw in a handful of spinach, a banana, frozen berries, other frozen fruit (peaches, mango, or pineapple usually), coconut water, and flaxseed. It’s so easy and basic but I love it and it does the trick! I just mix up the fruits when I want to change it.

I never really use a recipe but use similar ingredients each time: silken tofu, frozen blueberries (or other fruit), spinach, banana, flaxseed, and a little coconut milk. I’ve never tried it with coconut water, but you’ve both inspired me to do so. What’s your favorite brand?

I have a bunch but my favorites are:
– frozen strawberries, gotu kola, chia seeds, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder and almond milk.
– frozen apples, kale, matcha powder, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder and almond milk.
– frozen berries, spinach, macrogreens powder, probiotic greek yogurt, cinnamon and almond milk.

I love it with coconut water! I can’t remember the brand I get (I’ll check it when I get home) but I know it’s one that has only coconut water as an ingredient. Some have added sugars and other stuff but I get the one that’s pure coconut water only.

My favourite smoothie is this one:
– 2 ripe bananas
– a handful of baby spinach
– 1 soup spoon of honey
– goji and sunflower seeds

My favorite is a creamy coconut mango smoothie I made. Obsessed!
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup orange, peach, mango juice
1/2 cup coconut milk
