Can you cut a circle of fabric or paper  to cover the lid, secure it with twine then add your sticker to the top?

@julies1949:  That’s exactly what I was going to suggest. We did that for our wedding as well ๐Ÿ™‚

If you cut the fabric just big enough to be able to be tied around the bottom of the lid you will be able to still see the label you put on them.  And will still look good.

@fivemonthsnotice:  these two pics show the circle of fabric just large enough to cover the lid and leave a short skirt to be secured with ribbon or twine

some stickers will stick to fabric- some won’t. You can test yours out and if it doesn’t stick, add a dab of fabric glue.

Instead of using stickers, I’d just print out the design onto regular paper (well, a slightly thicker cardstock) and then use a die-cutter to cut it into a circle. Use a hole punch so you can string the little tag onto the fabric-covered lid.

We got honey favors and jam favors too! I covered the top with vintage fabric and tied on a small wooden spoon.  ๐Ÿ™‚  We’re printin labels to cover up the white front label too!
