Hey ladies!

I am still sick, but holding out at the same weight. Fairly happy with that. πŸ™‚ I have another dr. appointment so I’ll update everyone later! (hopefully not from the hospital!)

So ladies today I am going to Wal Mart to get Jillian Michaels yoga workout DVD, I’ve heard some good things about it! I’ll let y’all know what I think of it πŸ™‚

It was so hard! No lie, that workout kicked my butt. I couldn’t even finish it and it’s only half an hour. Huzzah.

hi all!!! jillian and i have a total love hate relationship… but her workouts seriously work!!!

soooo…….. i went on a girls trip to miami last week and surprisingly i lost a lb!!!! lol…. must have been all the sushi, alcohol, and dancing πŸ™‚ anywhoo…. im only 3 lbs from a total loss of 50… and i will be under 200!!!! yay! almost there!

we can do it!!!!! …. i need to get back into my zumba… and jogging with my pups… they need the exercise just as much as me!

I am on week two, joining a bit late. Last week at WW I was down 5.8 pounds. I am interested to see how this week goes, if I will lose or not. I am being active and am trying to stay on track with my points.

 

I always eat a ton of veggies but I am loving how I can eat fruit now with WW. I will say I do feel slightly in danger of turning green from all the veg but if the scale keeps moving and my clothes are fitting better; I’ll happily be green.

I need to lose at least 45 pounds before june of 2012 and I know it is possible but I have no motivation. Any helpful words of advice and any losing weight tips? It would be great!!

I hear you about the weather. I have an elliptical machine I just have a hard time getting on it and staying on it. I also want to eat healthier. I switched from white bread to wheat and when I get a sandwhich I add tomatoe and I switched from pepsi to gatorade which is high in sodium, sweet tea, and milk.

Hi ladies!  Pardon my recent absence, Fiance has been in the ICU for several days, but he is home now.  Him getting sick helped me lose another bunch of pounds, though.  (I kid, I kid.  Well, no, I did lose a bunch of weight, but I wasn’t trying to.  It was from worrying.)

So now I’m semi-back, definitely not going to be on here nearly as frequently because he is still really sick, but at least he’s home now.  I hope everyone has a good week!
