@bestbuddies: Hope you feel better soon!

Last week was a wash, but I’ll take it since I went out to eat a whole lot.  My friend who is a single mom didn’t have her daughter all week so we used the opportunity to go out and do fun stuff quite a bit, which involved eating out a lot.  I need to regain focus this week though, but it’s going to be hard since finals start in two weeks (yikes) and I have a seminar paper due this week.  When I have time to plan meals and cook it’s so much easier to keep the calories under control.

Aw, I hope you feel better soon @bestbuddies:!

Fiance went for a walk around the pond behind our house for about 40 minutes today, and given my lack of WW tracking for the last three weeks and the 3 pound weight gain, I have decided to get back on track this week, so I will do my weigh in tonight, and hopefully stick with the good eating/WW tracking and get my ass to the gym more this week.

I may try to start doing the low carb thing, the only thing that scares me is I eat lots of cereal for breakfast because it’s the only breakfast food I can stomach…so, we’ll see how it goes.

@bestbuddies: Aw, we’ll miss you danielle!  I understand, it’s a struggle and it sucks.  If you need anything, feel free to PM me!  I feel like we’ve got a lot of the same issues.  πŸ™
