what kind of feathers? regular chickeny feathers or peacock? most feather sellers on e bay sanitize their feathers so they arent such an allergy risk. we went black and red and used black feathers and they look amazing

Brown, orange, red, green, and even a deep purple could look nice.

Yay for feathers.  I’m having a feather theme as well.  We are using white feathers however.  ostrich for bouquet and centerpieces and white turkey feathers for some other elements like escort card display, menus etc.  Also we are doing a feather lighting pattern on the dance floor.

Have you decided on colors already?  I really like natural/nude colored feathers for fall.  Like a very light brown.

@prettyinpink13:  Hello Prettyinpink13, i just read your blog and thought i saw that your wedding is in October 2013? Did you find your centerpieces? I am selling my purple feather centerpieces. I had a masquerade theme but you don’t have to use the masks. You can also add some different color accents.

I have 2 different types of centerpieces. I will attach a picture of them both and just let me know if you would like more information. Thank you
