ROLL CALL

Your age/partner’s age: 27/33

Baby #: 1

Current Cycle Day/DPO: CD10

Ovulation Date: Jan 26 or 27

POAS Date: February 14 (AF is due before, but if I don’t get it by then, I’ll have a Valentine’s Day surprise lol)

Usual Cycle Length: 33-34 days

Cycles Trying: This is #8

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): I’ve decided to ditch my thermometer and OPKs and just BD every 2 days and hope for the best. Besides that, prenatals, vitamin D3 and omega-3.

Trying anything new this month? Not “trying” so hard. I think I’ve been adding stress to myself by doing too much and thinking about the process too much, so this month I’m going with let’s just relax and hopefully things will happen!

Link to your chart if charting: N/A

For fun: Do you celebrate Valentine’s Day? If so, what plans have you made? So far no plans, probably a nice night out with my hubby.

Usual Cycle Length: who knows- anywhere from 30-100 days

Cycles Trying: 3

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.):  found out at my preconception counseling appointment that I have an AMH under 1.0 so only got to try one month on our own before she recommended clomid and provera so clomid this round (took CD3-7), preseed, SMEP, OPKs, temping, checking cervical position

Trying anything new this month? Temping is new to me!

ROLL CALL

Your age/partner’s age:  both 32

Baby #: 1

Current Cycle Day/DPO: CD11

Ovulation Date: January 22 (approx)

POAS Date:  if I have the power? February 4…..But I usually cave and test early, which just causes me more stress

Usual Cycle Length:  28 days

Cycles Trying: 4

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.):  SMEP, opks, tempdrop, prenatals and Darling Husband takes multi vitamins, mucinex, preseed, Darling Husband also makes himself a smoothie everyday with pineapple and pomegranate, which is supposed to be good for sperm (he calls it “jungle juice for my balls”)

Trying anything new this month? Tempdrop, SMEP. We usually BD up until and including the positive opk because I’m fairly sure I O on the day of the positive based on CM, but will continue after this time as per SMEP and I’m interested to see if tempdrop confirms my idea of O day.

Link to your chart if charting: don’t have one yet

For fun: Do you celebrate Valentine’s Day? If so, what plans have you made? We don’t go crazy, usually just go out for dinner or order in and spend time together

londongirl1988 :  I think we will have similar ovulation, POAS dates. This is my first cycle trying. What is the rule of thumb for how long you should wait to POAS? I sort of arbirtrarily chose mine…!

ROLL CALL

Your age/partner’s age: 35/36

Baby #: 2

Current Cycle Day/DPO: 12

Ovulation Date: Jan 23

POAS Date: Feb 2 at the earliest, 10 DPO

Usual Cycle Length: 27-30 days

Cycles Trying: I’m gonna say this is our 4th. Technically this is our 5th (3 + 2 NTNP), but since we completely missed my FW our very first cycle NTNP I’m just going to say this will be our 4th cycle trying.

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): prenatals, charting, timing

Trying anything new this month? still just trying to fit BD in as much as we can during my FW. Also hoping to make more of an effort to hit both O-1 and O for this cycle.

Link to your chart if charting:

For fun: Do you celebrate Valentine’s Day? If so, what plans have you made? We’re leaving for Jamaica the day after for a family vacation with extended family, so we’ll probably just try to have a date night while we’re on our trip!

champagnehoneybee :  the earliest is usually 8 DPO, but that’s often too early to get a positive, or it’s usually really squinty. Usually it’s best to wait until at least 10 DPO, but the wait can be so hard! I recommend waiting as long as you can because once you start, it’s hard to stop!
