Would you ladies consider this as my temp staying up? It’s been going up and down the past couple of days but it’s still above the red line, whatever that is. Any idea’s?

Also, how do I put a picture of my chart on here?

@hardtoconcentrate:  ugh.. I do not need to analyze my chart more than I already do. I did have clear shifts the last 2 cycles… I’m just wondering if my temps are erratic beacsue of the thermometer or my sleep habits.. I think it’s likely the latter.

@brighteyedgirl:  If you get an idea of when you O I guess that’s all that matters really!

@Birdee106:  Yes!  I would definitely consider that as your temp staying up.  How long is your LP usually?

@hardtoconcentrate:  This is the first month I’ve really charted well, last month I wasn’t very good about it.

@MrsAMac:  I really like it. I really need to change my batteries though Embarassed. Like the others though, I’ve never used a different therm to compare it to.

@bunnymama:  That’s great info! Thanks! And I’ve tried yanking the end off before but it’s really on there. Now that I know it is supposed to come off though I know I can be rougher with it. I might need DH to take it off this first time though.

@Birdee106:  Your temp is definitely still up! That horizontal red line is your coverline and it’s there to show you your biphasic pattern more clearly. If your temps stay fairly well above it then you’ve got a good temp shift. If they’re going through it a lot, then it’s possible that you haven’t truly O’d or you have low progesterone. Yours is really good though :). And I’m not sure how to put a picture of your chart up. I’ve never done it but I often wonder how people do.

@doxielove:   since I have decided to test too early and got a BFN, and AF isn’t due till the 8th, I am going to try and wait untill she is late! ugh… not an easy thing for me to do!

@kamielynn:  We can wait together. I haven’t taken a test but that’s because i’m too afraid that i’ll get a bfn. I am due for af on the 8th as well but won’t be taking a test until i’m late. Good luck!

Has anyone heard of/tried don quai? A friend passed on some other forum posts about it to me, after reading about ways to possibly up your fertility. Apparently it helps regulate cycles and lots of women say they were pregnant within one to a few cycles of using it.

I’m really curious about it, now, but I’m not sure if I shoud try it (or even where to find it).

@Birdee106:  I am such an “over planner” it is driving me mad not knowing one way or the other.

I don’t understand why I feel the need to know right now,  If I do get my BFP I don’t plan on telling anyone right away, not even DH.  I jumped the gun in December when I got BFP and told our family to early , and here I am almost a month since my MC and still have people, who heard it through the grapevine, asking me when I am due, and how I am feeling…  ugh lesson learned, now I know why people wait till the first trimester is over!

FX for us both!!

@kamielynn:  Aw i’m sorry to hear that. Hopefully you get a sticky one this month! The not knowing is the worst part.

@Birdee106:  Compared to your pre-O and temps during AF, your temps are still pretty high. FX for you!

@brighteyedgirl:  I’d say research the h*ll out of it. I just read 2 articles… One said it increased the incidence of miscarriage and the other linked it to cancer, and possibly caused birth defects in 1 infant.  I personally wouldn’t touch it.

@MrsAMac:  Yeah, I’ve read the cons/problems with it, as well which is why I’m really on the fence about it. I think IF I were to use it, I’d definitely start small, and only use it for the first few days of my cycle (before ovulation)… but, I still have plenty of research to do before I make a decision. I just wondered if anyone else had heard about it, etc.
