Yes, Congrats to all the BFPs!

I thought I O’d on CD13 or 14, which was my normal day pre-MC.  But I had O symptoms again on CD 22, and last cycle I O’d a week late, so we tried to BD around that time as well.  Now I’m at CD24 and feeling pms’y, so who knows what is going on.  Next month I will have to use OPK or chart to be sure, since my cycle seems less predictable since the MC.  I will probably POAS tomorrow, and then if AF doesn’t show, toward the end of next week too.

@chelles07:  I am having trouble posting from my phone – so I had to wait until I had a computer. I dont want to get your hopes up – because there’s nothing worse than that. But – first you posted about fertile signs after O. That happened to me this cycle – 2dpo I had EWCM and high CP and FF tried to take away my crosshairs bc of “fertile signs after O.” So I took them out of FF so it would give me my crosshairs back. Then you posted about backaches, and for me, 4,5,and6 dpo was this horrible low back pain unlike any other I have had (and I’m no stranger to back pain). Very odd. Then on 9 DPO I had a temp drop, which I dont get, and it went back up after. Got my BFP the next day. Like I said, I dont want to get your hopes up, but I have my FX for you this month!!!

Good luck and baby dust to all of those left to test this month! We have 26 October mamas – and I saw that September had 40! So we need all the rest of you to get BFPs!! FX!!

@saraja87:  I know how you feel! i am also 10dpo and got a bfn this morning but still holding on with some hope. We are also nearing our 6 cycle and I had no idea it would take us this long. I am charting and using opks… all that fun stuff. Hopefully all our BFP will come soon!!

I am guessing by your username that your name is Sara and you were born in 87… ironically we have the same name and birth year if thats true. πŸ˜‰ hehe

Congrats to all you ladies who have received you BFPs! That’s amazing! Here’s hoping there are even more to come, this month…

AFM, I’m pulling myself out of the ranks. It’s very upsetting, as this month were were going to TTC for the first cycle, but DH is having MAJOR libido issues and we haven’t BD in over a month now (not without the lack of trying on my part, however… it really sucks getting turned down when he arrives home, and you’re waiting at the door in lingerie!!!)…
We’ve discussed the issue multiple times, and he fully admits he’s at fault, and isn’t fulfilling my needs right now (seriously, it’s not even about TTC, but more-so the complete lack of intimacy between us, lately). I just don’t understand how it all happened so quickly, though… last month we were fine! *sigh* Anyway, I’m hoping I’ll be back among these TTC sooner-than-later, but until then… keep your chin(s) up, and your legs open, girls! ;]

@carolinabee:  thanks girl. I hope you’re right.

Just looked up uti symptoms on dr. Google because I’ve been experiencing things I haven’t felt before. Only 2 symptoms applied to me though. I’ve been having to pee frequently but every time it’s only a few drops and I have been experiencing pressure/dull cramp in my right pelvic area. It’s especially noticeable when I caugh/sneeze. Other than that no other symptoms of uti, so I’m not sure.

@chelles07:  Hope it’s not a UTI. I’m the UTI queen (18 and counting in the last 3 years + 2 bladder infections).  UTIs and Bladder infections are similar, your symptoms sounds more like it could be your bladder.  Definitely have the doctor check it out!

I have been secretly stalking the POAs threads for several months now. Getting excited for all the BFPs, feeling bad about the disappointments, soaking in all the advise, and hoping to join one day soon. I think I can finally joint this month! Technically we were TTA and I have been charting since getting off of BCP since September, however, this cycle DH took a more lax approach and it  turned into NTNP. We decided to NTNP the next cycle too or take a relaxed TTC approach, but if there’s no BFP then we’ll go back to TTA until June. I’m obviously charting and will know when the fertile time is, but will not be telling DH to keep it relaxed. After June though it’s TTC full force! πŸ™‚

Roll Call:

Current Cycle Day:  CD16, 3DPO

Ovulation Date:  CD13

POAS date/Usual Cycle Length: If no AF shows up, then 2/25 or 2/26. Most likely will do the earlier. πŸ™‚

Cycles trying:  None, this is the first NTNP.

BD timing:   Didn’t time BD specifically, but the one BD during the possible period was on  O-3, so I know the chances are not great. Plus it was closer to O-4, because the BD was early in the morning and I think I O’d late at night.

Congrats to all the bees with BFPs and good luck to everyone else!

@MrsR4ever Thank you, it always helps to know there are others going through the same thing! Telling myself 6 cycles is normal and mentally prepping myself for it before we stated TTC unfortunately doesn’t make experiencing it suck any less lol. FX that cycle 6 is the winner!

@doxielove No luck for us this cycle, spotting Definitely turned into AF today with a vengeance πŸ™ It looks like we’re rolling over to next month. At least we won’t be due on my friend’s wedding day, and if we have better luck next month we might get a bfp in time for our 2nd/11th anniversary πŸ™‚

@Sbee82 FX for you! I think 10 dpo is a bit early to get a bfp, so it could still totally happen for you. Maybe a test at/after 12dpo? And, my name is Sarah and I was born in 87 πŸ™‚ It’s an excellent name and birth year, if I do say so myself! The screen name is actually an old nick name that is still hanging around over a decade later lol.

@brighteyedgirl I hope things look up for you and your DH! I think mine would have definitely turned me down a few times this month if we hadn’t been TTC. He works some crazy hours and getting home at 1am isn’t great inspiration for anything but sleep. We’ve had some rough patches in our relationship too where one or the other of us had low libido but they were usually tied to stress/a medical reason (like my bcp destroying my libido, ugh). Could he have something medical going on? Low testosterone, depression etc?

I’m toying with the idea of trying OPKs too if temping doesn’t produce more logical data this month and we’ll probably try for EOD for most/the middleish of the month again just so we don’t miss our window. It’s a delicate balance between covering all our bases and not getting burned out on BDing lol.  I can totally see it happening if we’re not careful to keep things interesting, sometimes you just want to sleep!

@rosworms:  Have I told you that your chart is my favorite to stalk this month Because ours are both so similar. It looks like FF has your test date set for today. Can’t wait to see the results! FX so hard for a BFP!

@doxielove:  Thank you for adding me to the list πŸ™‚

I’ve been trying to distract myself and stop obsessing, hence why I haven’t been posting lately – according to opk’s and montior, I don’t think I ovulated this month (no peaks or positives). Have started temping, but temps still quite low for me (compared to a few months ago when I charted for five / six weeks). Still, you never know, fingers crossed!
