(Closed) FEBRUARY POAS (part two!)

  • poll: Do you untie your shoes every time you take them off?

I slip my shoes off and then have to undo the laces when I put them back on.

I listened to my mother - always untie them before taking them off!

I manage to force them on and off without undoing them.

I don't even own a single pair of shoes with laces.

I tie my shoes so loosely that they never have to be untied.

    I wear my shoes untied.

My baby fever is so bad that I can't even wear shoes. (??? hahaha..)

My “splinter” has me doubting myself, but my symptoms are present. My bbs are so achey, but I want to blame that on helping my husband push our van out of the mud last night. I’m also super tired but I was up at 4 AM with the urge and excitement to POAS. And I’m all crampy…I don’t know if that’s a good thing, or a bad thing. And my head is killing me (probably from the lack of sleep).

I bought some clearblue digitals and I plan on testing this Saturday. I don’t want to psych myself out with more faint lines…convincing myself they’re just evap lines.

Congrats to all the BFPs! February is turning out to be a fertile month!

For the rollovers and the ladies waiting for AF or a BFP, baby dust and well wishes!

Yay for all the BFPs! I wish AF would go away already, so we can get closer to O! I hope DH is preparing for a month of crazy BD, because he’s not going to be getting much rest. ;P

One question: I’ve seen/heard on here about taking Mucinex around time of ovulation? Is this correct- and why? Does it help anything?

I also realized I’ve gotten close to running out of wondfo pregnancy strips and OPKs, so off to Amazon I go!

@whybee:  nope, my phone is stupid and won’t focus! It’s a bfn anyway, we all know this. Lol

@E_Lynne615:  I’m sure that it will be true! Haha. I’m just frustrated at myself for letting my imagination get carried away, it’s so silly!

Lots of luck for everyone here, no matter what this month’s outcome is. ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m in need of a bit of help– I just started using FF this month (not temping, but did put in period dates for the last eight months or so). I got back the calendar that’s below. I had some minor twinges on Friday (the 31st), right side only, which I’m thinking was O. We BD’d every day the 24th-1st. I’ve had a couple of pinches on the right side, which could just be me being psychosomatic, but who knows. Nothing else to speak of, but nothing that indicates AF is near either. I’m just out here in no man’s land.

Given all that and the calendar, when do you all think I should test? I know I’m on the list for the 14th but I hate waiting. Straight up. (Alternatively, I’ll take any and all tips for making this TWW go faster!)

@AlmostMrsShield:  Aaaaah, this one is killing me! Okay, so I think I kind of see something when I tilt my screen, but the image is too fuzzy to be sure. Can you take another picture of it with the camera a bit farther away? It might help it to focus better. Also, does your phone’s camera app have the function where if you tap on an item in the shot, it will try to autofocus on that item?

@IAmTheShadow:  OK, here is another photo (I’ll upload it on my phone in a sec) I’ve got an iPhone, but every time I tap to focus, it doesn’t focus! I’m just not meant to be pregnant.

Also, does anyone know what happened to the 6month TTC board?

@AlmostMrsShield:  The 6 month board is still there. I don’t see it but that doesn’t mean it’s there. Try again tomorrow. Dont give up yet!

@phoebephoebo:  That test is really negative! lol. I’m slowly and sulkily coming out of my daydream and realising that I am, in fact, not pregnant at all. Pink cm, paired with negative test at 12dpo. The only thing that has me cluttching to a glimmer of hope is that I NEVER get pink cm before my period, it just appears. lol But yep, not pregnant. Slowly coming to terms with that.

@AlmostMrsShield:  Rats. I’m so sorry, I think you are right that it is negative. How long is your LP normally?

@IAmTheShadow:  normally 12-14 days. Grrrrrr. Now, I’m thinking that I should stop TTC until after the wedding, to avoid a Christmas baby…

@E_Lynne615:  We don’t have thanksgiving ๐Ÿ™ And that’s true, it wouldn’t quite be Christmas…but I’d really love for my children to not have their birthday near that time of year (partly because it’s already so expensive) and partly because I feel like, being a Christmas baby has taken the excitement out of my birthday. Anyhow, I’m clinging to the thought that this pink CM is VERY unusual for me…but I am beginning to get some cramping, so that glimmer of hope is fading now too. lol. I need something to focus on!
