  • poll: Do you have Valentine's Day plans?

My only plans are to BD! :)

We are going out for a romantic dinner or date.

We are staying in and making our own special dinner.

We are taking a romantic trip!

    I'm treating myself to a spa day/etc..

No plans yet, but hope to have some!

Nothing special, it's just another day.

I got some papers with the kit I ordered that was LH and HCG tests, and it says you can start testing at 7dpo and that they are sensitive to 10mIu… I’m skeptical, but I have like, 50 tests, lol, so I might just start peeing in a few days.

ok…. so i may be super paranoid here but the last couple of weeks ive had pretty bad lower back pain & been going to a physio. ive got another appt today.

im about 10-11 dpo, currently 1 day late. convinced myself i am not testing until saturday.

Would physio affect / have any impact should i be pregnant??

@Dfuturebutcher:  I completely agree about the facebook announcements. I would really like to know how long these couples were trying before they got it. That would make me happier for them.

Timing wasn’t too good this week. My husband works away so we bd like 3 days before i should have ovulated but I didn’t ovulate until 6 days after he had gone! Then our next opportunity was the day after ovulation when he got home…. Not much of a chance this month ๐Ÿ™

Thanks everyone ๐Ÿ™‚  I just got my first blood test back – HCG is at 13.  Low but there! I get to go back on Friday and see if it doubles.

@SweetMelissa429:  I just went to walmart after work because my husband got a gift card for his birthday. I got so faint/light headed I thought I was going to pass out in the shoe aisle. I told him about my symptoms and we picked up a First Response Early Response test with 3 sticks. It can detected up to 6 days before your missed period so first thing on Tuesday the 3rd, I’m going to test. I feel silly testing so soon but I’m so CURIOUS. Also, I started getting back cramps too. Now of course, I’m finally laying in bed, and the fatigue has subsided. I’ll be so embarassed if we don’t concieve this round.

@NowandLater:  I’ve been POAS since 5dpo (10dpo now), like a total maniac. I know better, but I’m doing it anyway- and setting myself up for dissapointment.

I’m having extreme cramps as of tonight, so I’m not too hopeful (though my temps have stayed at 98.4+)- and I’ve had a really bad backache. UGH.

@MrsFireChief:  I’m so sorry to hear that. I can’t imagine what you’re going through.

My nipples are extremely sore. I noticed last night that my montgomery glands are super prominent and sore. Anyone have the same symptom prior to BFP or AF? I’ve never seen anything like it.

Update:  AF is due today but hasn’t come yet. I do have some cramping and my boobs are very sore which never happens. I took a FRER this AM which is 10dpo and saw nothing … Not even a squinted. Does this mean I’m out? Or is there still a little bit of hope?  I just thought this morning I would at least see a little something if I was preg. ugh
