I have never expected to be fed when I’ve done a wedding, although I’m asked very occasionally.
When DS and DDIL were married, there was a plate fee offered to us at their venue, minus alcohol and a few other things. The fee for vendors was about $50 less than the guest fee.

I woudn’t invite the photographer- how awkward and boring just sitting there making polite conversation. It’s very nice of you but I imagine she/he would decline.

I’m a wedding photographer, and I say don’t worry about inviting them to the dinner. If I’m contracted for a wedding and NOT covering dinner, I would think the invite was a very lovely gesture and sweet, but I would decline – espcially with it being such a small group of people. Whenever I have events end earlier in the evening, my second shooter and I prefer to just go ahead and leave and sit down for a dinner where we too can relax.

I would make the offer (maybe if she didn’t want to stay she could take her meal home?). I offered our minister a ride in the shuttle to and from the ceremony as all the guests took the same ferry over. He rode on the way to the ceremony but left right after but appreciated the invite.
Most will decline, but offering shows you’re willing to go above and beyond.
