Every morning when I touch my love’s face as the first rays of sunlight start creeping through the curtains, I am #feelingblessed. If a person is genuinely feeling blessed in their life, it’s natural to want to express that.

I’m not religious, use this expression in day-to-day life, but maybe it’s a west-coast, new age thing. It’s a way of showing appreciation for the blessings we have in our lives. Just like saying “bless you” when someone sneezes does not make you religious, neither should expressing a feeling of being blessed.
I’m pretty easily annoyed and can be a total grouch, but I cannot see how this would make someone irritated unless they are the envious type.

it’s always annoying. I can’t stand anything sappy on facebook, regardless of religion.

what do you do for work? Are you by any chance a professional writer? Your posts are always so descriptive and they have an almost poetic quality.
