This does seem like it could be an inappropriate thing for her to have done, but was the picture of her clothed or unclothed?  What did your Fiance say about it?

Could it be completely innocent and she was just sharing her baby news with a friend?   I need more details.

@stormgirl:  I agree with @Sunfire:  that we need more info.  I usually don’t send “body shots” to any men, but it could be something very innocent like announcing her pregnancy.

I’d be more worried if she sent him a really sexy picture, most of the time people who are very pregnant do not feel sexy in their pictures. she probably was just trying to share the news of being preggo and how big she’s gotten.

Women (not all but many) share their baby bump photos all the time.  Think about how many preggo bellies you’ve seen of facebook.  I agree with PP – more info.  If it was one of those, I’m completely naked but cupping my boobs shots – inappropriate in my opinion.  If was just a bare belly pic, I woudn’t worry too much about it.  Sure, it would bother me a little, but I don’t think it’s a deal breaker (if it’s the non-boob-cupping scenario).
