I didn’t meet my Fiance until I was 32 and am 35 now (wedding is ten days away!).  Do I wish I got married earlier?  Kinda, but kinda not as well.  Through my 20s I went back to school, travelled and worked overseas and then came home and landed an amazing job.  Just before I turned 31 I shifted jobs, cities and countries to where I am now.  Those experiences made me who I am and I wouldn’t have swapped them for anything – and I wouldn’t have met my soon-to-be-husband without them.  I do regret that it might be trickier for us to have kids, but we’ll take that as it comes, but on the whole I don’t feel “leftover” or any less of a woman because I wasn’t married by 27.

Whether married or not, you matter and women matter. You are valuable, with or without a partner or a ring.

Sometimes it takes people longer to bump into the love of their life. Better than marrying earlier but just settling for someone who is not right (and being part of the large percentage that eventually gets divorced…)

Everyone gets there in their own time. F*k culture and what other people think.
