Okay I thought I had my colors picked… Fiance chose red as a color. I figured black with with a touch of red.
We are getting married in a community hall. reception in the same room.
My thoughts were black table covers, damask table runner, chair covers in white with black sashes.
Now here is the issue… I picked my dress and ordered it..
I’m now scared my color are to bold to match my dress (diamond white) 🙁 I dont know if I should chance to softer colors.
Its so hard to imagine everything and try and put it together in your head.

How about keeping the colors but instead of doing black tableclothes do white? That would brighten the room and tone down the bold colors. Or do ever other in black with just a simple red centerpiece

Ahhh! that’s the same dress I ordered for my wedding! You have great taste! ;D
I don’t know if it would make a world of difference or if anyone would even notice. Please don’t stress….it will all be great in the end.

I don’t see why black, red and white wouldn’t look great together. Don’t stress out about it, I think it’ll be perfect. And remember–most of the time, the guests aren’t even paying attention. I only notice centerpieces when they’re really huge and block my view, I’ve barely ever noticed bridal gowns except “ooh, that’s pretty”, and honestly, the guests aren’t going to care one way or another.
P.S. What’s black and white and red all over? A sunburned zebra! 😉

i would use white as a base colour and then use red & black as accents. i always think it’s nice to have a base with 2 main colours, rather than two main colours that dominate everything.
totally personal opinion, though! i’m sure what you’ve chosen is lovely – the dress shouldn’t come into it! (gorgeous dress btw!)
