I am feeling really postive today becuase I went snowboarding for the day (killer on your thighs) and then did the p90x plyometrics workout!! UGH! It was a big achievement, because al I wanted to do was quite the whole way through. Fiance told me how proud of me he was, and then he joined in too!
I guess this is just a post to say don’t doubt yourself – even if you want to quit, keep going!
Tomorrow – Shoulders and Arms, and Ab Ripper!

I just got my P90X DVDs today and am so excited to try them out! It’s going to be a wild ride bc I will have double workouts on some days (2 days a week I have roller derby practice and once a week I have krav maga!) but I think it’s going to be great. 🙂 I’ve heard the Plyometics is killer!

p90x is great in that way. You think you can’t do it but then it’s so great when you finish a DVD. I wish I could do some of the crazy yoga poses without falling over.
