I know what that is like. Usually a good workout followed by a nice hot shower does help. Those endorphins really are great things.

Go take a nice walk with some music and then come back and take a shower or bath 🙂 I’ll bet that will help

I’ve had many of those blue days! What always helps me is a nice long walk and a hot bath. If those fail then go to sleep a little early and everything seems manageable when you wake up:)

Might throw some chocolate in there too;)

Running always makes me feel better, however I know it’s not always easy to run when you’re feeling down.  If it’s your weight your down about, make a plan to make it better! Make a list of things you can do do to make your weight something you’re more comfortable with- having a goal may make you start to feel more positive. Something I like to do when I’m upset is to think about all the things I am lucky to have and to rememer that no matter what, life could be worse…you’re lucky to be alive.
