So I’ve started using the MFP app and couting calories + working out about 5 days a week. Yesterday was my husband’s birthday. We also had a volleyball tournament all day and our team is made up of our friends. So in between games we went back to our friends’ house for drinks and food since they live closest. They also had chips, cookies, etc out to eat. Well with my very low willpower of course I ate some of everything! I had started out the day counting calories (breakfast) and ended the day with having eaten/drank almost double my daily calories! Yikes! I’m getting back on track today – counted my breakfast calories and my lunch calories, and we’re going out for dinner again tonight with our volleyball team because we have volleyball again today, BUT I have accounted for those calories so I’m good for today. Anyone else over-indulged lately? I’ve been tracking calories for about a week and a half and that’s the first time I’ve went over at all. Somebody else has to have fallen off the wagon recently – make me feel better! Anyone?
