I’m currently in a counseling program working toward being a licensed therapist! (If you are currently a therapist, I’d love to know your feelings toward it!)
I graduate December 2020.

I am a middle school Science teacher. It is my first year in this grade level, but my 8th year teaching. I’ve done elementary the past 7 years. Everyone told me it was going to be awful, but there are good and bad days. Overall, I really like the older kids.

I’m a high school English teacher. I enjoy it most days except for the pressure of standardized tests. I can’t see myself doing anything else though. I love interacting with my kids and seeing them enjoy a book they were certain they’d hate. We are currently readinf Of Mice and Men and even my most reluctant readers come in each day begging to start the book rather than do the other activities we have planned for that day. That makes it worth it.

Project Analyst & Controller in the IT space for a government subsidiary. Boring work, but the pay is excellent, and I get to leave work at the office – very little stress. So I love it!

I’m an exotic animal trainer and keeper at a wildlife preserve. I love my job and getting to work hands on with class one predators (namely big cats) is amazing. I graduated last May with a double major – zoology and psychology.
