9 days for me as well!! Here’s mine for the girls..

10:00- Arrive at hair salon

10:00-12:30- Hair & Makeup

12:30- Travel from salon to Hilton downtown

12:50- Arrive at Hilton

1:00- Photographers arrive

1:00-1:30- Photographers shoot bride’s detail shots

                    Bridesmaids/mom get dressed

1:45- Bride gets dressed

2:30-3:30- Formal portraits (bride, MOB/FOB, bridesmaids)

3:30-3:55- Last minute touchups

4:00- Trolley picks girls, FOB up at Hilton

4:20- Arrive at church

4:20-4:50- Last minute touchups

4:50- Line up in lobby of church

5:00- Ceremony starts

5:40- Ceremony ends

5:40- Bride/groom portraits

        Bridal party & family portraits

6:00- Bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents of bride, parents of groom, bride/groom to depart church

6:20- Arrive at reception

9:00- Reception ends

Can you tell I’m OCD??

This is probably change a million and one times!

4:30am – WAKE UP

5:00am – REALLY wake up

5:45 – Leave

6:00am – 8:00am Hair Appointment

8:15am-ish – Head home to pack car (questionable may have the car packed already)

8:30-9:00am – Arrive at church

9:15-9:30am – Get dressed/Photographer shows up

10:00am – Last minute touches

10:30am – GET MARRIED!

Wake up/get out of bed after not sleeping…

Breakfast at the hotel

11:30 go to salon, appointments then until 2, each set of girls will then head back to the hotel to get makeup done.

3:00 head to venue, get my makeup done there

4:00 put on dress, photographer arrives

5:00 first look

5:20 formal pictures


7:00 cocktails

8-12 PARTY!

For me, it’ll be:

Wake up whenever and have breakfast with my girls.

1:30 get the Aquarium

2:00 Hair stylist/makeup artist arrives

5:30 Photographer arrives and shoots my dress

7:00 Ceremony

7:30 Cocktails

8:30 -12 Dinner reception

Yay! My day will be really relaxed since everything is so late.

Here’s mine:

8:00am—wake up, bridesmaids arrive at Birchcroft (our cottage where my family and I will be staying) around 8:30, hot breakfast together.

9:00am—hair and makeup team arrive

11:00–get dressed

11:30am—photog arrives to take “getting ready” shots

12:30pm—car arrives to pick up wedding party, leave for church


1:45—Ceremony ends, bride and groom welcome guests into church cafe for refreshments

2:30—Bride and Groom leave the church for photos alone, guests begin heading to reception venue.

3:15—Bride and Groom arrive at reception venue, take photos with family and friends while also milling around with guests.

4:00—Sit down for dinner. Once everyone is seated, MC welcomes everyone, introduces Bride and Groom to the reception

4:15—Dinner is served.

4:45—First course cleared away, main course dishes are served

5:15—Main course dishes are cleared away, dessert and coffee are served

5:45—Cut the cake. Dessert/coffee dishes and cutlery are cleared away, fill glasses for the toast.

6:00—Wedding speeches start. Best Man, FOB, and Groom.

6:30—Guests move to another room for performance piece while reception room is being turned over for dance; photographer takes guestbook photos at DIY photobooth 

7:00—Guests return to ballroom, cake available to eat for incoming guests. Photographer takes more guestbook photos

7:30—Bride and groom introduced again, first dance (“Beyond the Sea”)

8:30—Band takes a break, buffet comes out, DJ comes out.

9:30—DJ finishes, band gets on stage for second set

10:30—Best man announces that Bride and Groom are getting ready to leave

10:35—Bouquet toss, grand exit!!

7am: Get up, shower and begin the forever process of drying my hair

8am: Hairstylists arrive to being working on everyone’s hair. (love my hairstylist! She is driving to us instead of us driving to her for very little extra)

12 noon: Lunch in the hotel room and photographer arrives

2pm: Girls catch the shuttle to the venue to begin pictures

2:30pm: Boys catch the shuttle

3pm ish: First look photos

3:15ish: begin all group photos

4:45pm: And in the great words of Gerard Butler: PREPARE FOR GLORY!

5pm: Show time!
