My good friend’s mother is an ordained minister and she’s also a married woman. I practically grew up in their household (their family was my next door neighbor) and I knew her before she was ordained so I’ve always refered to her as “Mrs. So-And-So”. So how would I formally address their family’s wedding invitation?
“Min. and Mr. So-and-So” ?
“Mr. and Min. So-and-So” ?
“Mr. Joe and Min. Jane So-and-So” ?
“Mr and Mrs. So-and-So”?
I don’t want to be disrespectful with regards to her credentials. Any Ideas?
