Every woman is different.  You may not get EWCM, but that’s ok, the watery stuff is still fertile CM.

@banana_anna:  I rarely get any EWCM, and if I do, its during a cycle where I’ve done a lot to increase my CM. I’ve been told that its not necessarily something to worry about; EWCM is the best sort, but anything that’s fertile-ish will do. Plus, there are MANY things that can interfere with your CM. I’d go with your other signs, symptoms and tests, and not worry TOO much about EWCM.

lealorali:  It’s pretty rare for me to get EWCM. The watery stuff is my fertile sign.

lealorali:  I don’t seem to get EWCM either. Mine is more watery but still stretchy. This is our first month ttc so we will see if it worked out for us soon!

KatieBklyn:  cool, good to know. Mine is just watery. Is it because I’m a little older you think (30)?!

weim-love:  I’ve never had mine stretchy! Sounds fun! FX for you!

lealorali:  I’m 28 and I hardly get it either which is why I got excited that I saw some the other day. And it makes no sense. I will see it, then the next few days it’s either just creamy or slightly watery … sometimes it seems to me like there’s absolutely NOTHING there, and then the thermometer says I O’d.

I’d like to know how do you know you have watery CM? Should you expect small gushes of thin watery fluid, or just a sensation of wetness….. ?

amyinbrisbane:  Sounds like we are in the same boat. By watery, I mean it looks… wet. Thin. Clear-ish? Watery? And I don’t “feel” wet really ever. (I have a family history if wicked weak bladders so half the time if I feel wet it’s probably pee! EEEEEiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!  TMI I warned you)

Totally possible! I very rarely had EWCM (strangely, I get it like crazy now POST baby) and we got pregnant without it. We used Pre-Seed during our fertile days to help but it is very possible to get lucky without it and just have watery CM. Good luck!
