i found the Resolve (national infertility association) support group so helpful when i was struggling with infertility.  if you aren’t able to find the answer here, there are plenty of women on their message boards who have been through this.  i have experience with IVF and FET but not lap.

good luck!

Dfitzy :  my RE believed that even if visible endo is removed, the effects on a cellular level could still be present.  After 2 early losses and minor endo removed, he recommended a EFT which came back abnormal.  The treatment was a 3 month course of Lupron Depot to shut down and reset the lining.  My next FET stuck and resulted in my son.

Dfitzy :  I think ERA is the one that tells you if you’re in the correct window for implantation.  EFT gives different type of info regarding how fit for implantation the lining is. Im not 100%sure.

I’d also recommend looking into immune issues, which can be linked to endo. After a failed transfer my RE did some immune test which showed I had hyper immune responses. I then did a three month shutdown with zoladex and took immune suppressant drugs with each transfer. I then had 3 successful transfers afterwards. So it seems to be my winning formula.
