Our wedding is just over 4 months away and Fiance and I are now looking at purchasing our bands. I thought it would be a simple task, but boy was I wrong!
My ring is a princess cut centre stone with a halo setting and I need to find a band that can fit around that shape. Did anyone else run into this problem? We don’t live in the city where Fiance bought my e-ring and there isn’t a sister store anywhere near us, so I’m wondering what my options are?
Did anyone have one custom made? Do you know any websites that I can order one from with my ring measurements? Any info would help a ton!!
Here is what my ring looks like:

Can you call the store where Fiance bought the e-ring and see if there is a matching band? Maybe they can ship it.

Can you call and order it?

I don’t think it came with a matching one. He bought it so long ago, but Fiance thinks they said it would need to be custom made. I just don’t know how much more expensive that will be and we’re on a tight budget right now 🙁

What about a plain band that would sit flush to the e-ring band and underneath the halo? A plain band works within a tight budget.

Was the e-ring custom made? If not, I would be somewhat wary of the “it has to be custom made” line. There have been several bees who’ve posted that their jewelers gave them the same line only to later find out that their ring did in fact have a matching band. If you have any information about your ring (i.e.designer, line, etc) do some online research and be sure that you do in fact have to get it custom made.

Yeah, call and order it!
Also this is a very common style–i’m sure you could find something in the store.

I had mine custom made to fit under my halo. We went to a local jewler and told him what we wanted. It was not more pricey than buying one he had in stock since the cost is mostly based on the metal. He was also able to make it in the same style so it looks like a set.
