You can’t resize a full eternity ring so your jeweler will have to essentialy remake the same setting in your proper size. I would still keep it as is. That ring is beautiful but I think it will compete too much with your e-ring and will be best worn alone. I think you should also consider getting a small pave band to match your ering so you have a choice to wear the set or just his mothers eternity band.

I agree with the PPs here, not sure the ring can be resized. I’m not a jeweler though… if it can’t be resized, what about having it made into a HALF-eternity band in the same style? That way you could get it resized in the future if your ring size ever changes.

diggum88:  I love that ring! There is no way you can resize that ring though. I think resetting it will use the beauty of such a meaningful ring, but it may be the only way that you can actually use it. Good luck and keep us updated with what you choose to do.

It’s beautiful and your fingers are slender enough to pull of the ring sized down perfectly. Agree it’ll likely have to be reset to size it down and love the suggestion that you might get some earrings out of it.

It’s an absolutely stunning eternity band, wear as is after resizing! I don’t even think they need to be on separate fingers, you might be surprised how well they match once it fits your finger.

WOW I think it’s stunning. Like a PP said, if you get it sized, you’ll have lots of extra diamonds, which you can use as earrings or something.

Love it.

I think the ring is lovely and would leave as is! I think the metal detailing truly sets it apart.

That band is stunning! I would absolutely rock that as a wedding band on your left hand and move your ering to your right. Since resizing it down may be tricky have the ring remade into the same exact setting in your size. Get quotes from several jewelers if you don’t have a trusted jeweler already.

Yeah my bet’s that the whole thing will need to be remade. But you can have it remade to look like the original at least!

It is beautiful! I would keep it as it is. I would definitely talk to a jeweler to see how to get it resized.
