You can use the uplighting, but you could also use floralytes in the branches if you are going to use that type of centerpiece.

The lavender napkins would be beautiful with your theme.

You can purchase the ice crystal branches or make your own. You can buy bags of the ice crystals at Michaels and elsewhere. Paint the branches with a white glue that dries clear then roll them in the crystals or take a handful of crystals and cup your hand around the branches. Be sure to do over paper or plastic so you can reuse any crystals that fall to the table.

You could use blue or lavender cloths with a silver sheer overlay- or any combination of the above the you like. Sheer overlays also look great over top of white cloths- especially of the white cloths come standard with your venue or from your caterer.
