I really strongly agree with the other members above you need this addressed before getting married if you want your marriage to last past the honeymoon!
My cousin got married last year, we’re very close, and she called me crying frantically once about 3months into her married life. she said they’d never talked about it! i simply couldnt believe it, i mean i understand not really it being a pressing issue when your a couple, but when the step to get married is taken it becomes a serious deal breaker…
Dont agree not to have kids just becuase you lvoe him, thats all im saying, ive seen it happen and for some its worked out, but the mojority break down and cant keep to it be it the man or women.
Dont call it quiets just because he says no once though either.
I think you both need a good talk, alone, then leave it a few weeks…and see if either of youe feel differently.
Wishing you the best of happiness whatever the outcome xx

@Cosette5: Sorry but he just gave you the biggest red flag ever. My first husband is now my ex husband for this exact reason. I wanted kids, he didn’t (which he lied to me about before we got married or I would have never married him.) If there is any part of you that wants kids you need to leave this guy now. I know at least 3 women in their 50s that wasted their fertile years on guys that didn’t want kids; all three regret it and supported me when I left my husband. Save the heartbreak and years of regret.
