it’s the stress of everything.  Our fights started getting more petty and me more angry with each one.  We were so happy on our wedding day all of the bickering and petty fights faded away.

my Fiance never argued until we got engaged, then suddenly i was full of all these questions and ideas and wanted his feedback/involvement but because his carefactor was zero (he thought we were just going to get married and didnt understand what was involved in having a "wedding") i got really frustrated with him

once we regrouped and sorted out what each wanted we have settled back into harmony and now just waiting for june 23rd with nothing else to do!

men are simple folk when it comes to most chick stuff Ms H so dont be too frustrated with him

It is a stressful time – but your relationship will be stronger for it! 🙂

just remember that a wedding’s just 1 day whereas a marriage is a lifetime. if he’s not very ‘into’ the whole planning, just come to Weddingbee and talk to fellow brides 🙂 or hang out with yr gal pals who are supportive.

i sometimes felt like my FH didn’t care, but i realized hey, he’s a guy. he just throws on a suit and brushes his hair and he’s ready to be married!

big hugs, and remember that you love him and he loves you too!!

we have also bickered here and there and had our little spats, thru our whole relationship (4 yrs) . they of course have continued. Fiance made me so mad last week though, he said "this wedding frustrates me" and i went off on him talking about how he procrastinates and takes forever to send one simple email to someone. and how i am planning 95% of it anyways and he can’t finish any of the (very small) tasks that i give him. I was so mad that i left and went home and told him to call me when he was ready to go register the next day (we had planned to register the next day, for like a month in advance). he texts me the next day and i told him he had a bad attitude and killed my wedding spirit and he acted like a little boy in trouble. he apoplogized and  then it was all good. lol 🙂

I want to hang up on him about every three days.

I am just so frustrated about stuff I shouldn’t be and i am sure our problem is the 10,000 distance.

I hate to elaborate but i might say that I am hung up on things I shouldn’t be. I stew all day and then take it out on him, which is so not loving. He takes it like a champ. Very rarely yells back. He knows he screw up, but I am screwing up by being "HISTORY-ical"…that is dredging up his past. I’ve never been bothered by these things before and I should be flattered he choice me as his wife…but somehow I have managed to downgrade myself as "wife" material, not mistress material. I want to be both…so I guess I am having to learn that he might want both from me. But we are on the "waiting until marriage" plan and it feels like rejection.

Oh, I have my own past too. I know it is not a competition but I just figure he has all these great association with it because, well, he can control himself with me and he couldn’t or chose not to.

Dang. I am sorry, that was a vent, but I feel better. But I can relate the anger.
