“What happens at the stag stays in the stag” is what immature boys say to hide the fact that something unfaithful happened.
That phrase is meant for movies where crazy stuff happened at bachelor/bachelorette parties. It is not meant to grown up, committed relationships.
If he is refusing to tell you what happened at the party meant to celebrate his upcoming marriage to you, then something happened that he doesn’t want you to know about. You have every right to know what went down at that party. He shouldn’t begin a marriage by hiding stuff from you.
