The guy usually shows up towards the end to help cart the gifts home.

Most of the time he shows up at the end to help load up the loot. I have seen where both the bride and groom to benare there the whole time- since it’s gifts for both of them. Just depends on your guy and the group throwing the shower. If it’s a group of traditional church ladies, they may not want him there. If it’s common friends, it may be ok either way.

I just had mine yesterday and my fiance showed up literally as people were like walking out the door.  I wish he could have come a little bit earlier but he was working.  I think it’s nice for them to come in and say hi and thanks since it is stuff for him too.  I’ve been to a lot of showers where the guy never came though.

He absolutely shows up near the end. Gives some hugs and says his hellos, has a quick piece of somthing yummy to eat and then its time to help load up the car. My Fiance is going out with my dad and uncles who he comonly hangs out with when we visit and then they are all coming to the shower together. This way some of the pressure is coming off of Fiance with all my family.

My husband showed up at the end with a bouquet of roses. Every shower I have been to the groom has done this. I have a feeling it’s in my area, though

Mine didn’t, but a lot of the women would have liked him to, because they had never met him.

my shower was actually at my own apartment (due to the size constrictions of my MOH’s apartment) so he was here at the beginning to help bring the presents up.  Then he went out with the guys (who happened to come at the beginning too to drop off their ladies).  Either way I don’t think its a huge deal.

Mine is going to be at one of my showers.  We are having our first shower out of state in his hometown.  I do not know his extended family THAT well and just felt weird getting gifts from a lot of people I cannot call by first name without him there.  He knew before I even asked that I’d want him there!  hehe.

My other showers he will not be making an appearance at all. Kinda bummed- but I’ll be ok on those

My FH couldn’t come this weekend since it’s out of state. Next shower we will have together so that he can experience it

Mine came just to pick up the gifts.  It was basically during clean up.  He didn’t come with flowers… In fact, I’m pretty sure he was in gym shorts and an undershirt… But he had the car to put the gifts in! 🙂

The groom usually shows up a few minutes before the end to help thank everyone and help pack up the car!

I’ve never seen the groom show up at the end, unless it was a co ed shower and he was there the whole time.

My FH showed up at the very end.  He brought me flowers and said hello to everyone and of course helped take all the gifts to the car.  He surprised me so it was nice to see him after a lovely afternoon with the ladies!

I’ve never seen a groom/fiance show up at a shower.  He didn’t at mine.
