I love Fight Club, but I’m biased. I am a HUGE Chuck Palahniuk fan whose book was inspired for the movie, he is my fave author and his ideas are just so out of the box. I always love me some Brad Pitt too. This role was so unusual for him and it just worked. I really enjoy films that make you think, and maybe a litle strange or odd ๐Ÿ™‚

For some reason, Darling Husband thought I just had to see the “Fight Club” and “The Matrix.”  They were both a waste of my time.  I like romantic comedies, so I have no idea why he thought those two were anything I would want to watch.  I thought they were awful.

I’ve both read the book and seen the movie.  I enjoyed them both but certainly didn’t think they were anything amazing.

Hey… Rule number one is we don’t talk about Fight Club ๐Ÿ˜€

I love Fight Club.  FI had never seen it until I made him watch it this summer.

@Juliepants: good thing we aren’t members!

I liked it and think it’s good to see just so you can get the pop culture references, but it certainly wasn’t the movie to end all movies.

I actually liked it the first few times that I saw it as I like movies that surprise you or take twists and turns.  It is one of those watch every 5 years and it’s ok type of movies.

@helenberrycrunch: I was going to say this is the main reason you “have” to watch these movies, is just to “get” it when people quote/refer to them.

You know like… if someone says “I”m going to make you an offer you can’t refuse” and you don’t get it… it’s all awkward ๐Ÿ˜›

I don’t like it – but I DO like Brad Pitt in it.
