Okay girls, I’m 6’0 tall and my skinny trousers and jeans always look intentionally cropped… have a horrible time finding things that are long enough, but since cropped or slighlty-short is in, I’ve been okay so far. The problem now is that I really love the look of ankle boots/beatle boots, but am not sure if they go with shorter trousers. Is there meant to be a gap of skin in between where my pants end and my boots begin? If so, how do I cover it up in winter when it’s cold??

a good friend of mine has had this issue she finds that jeans are about an inch too short. She found that using ankle boots with the skinny jeans tucked in works find and are totally covered 🙂

I understand how you feel. I hope my suggestion helps you with your dilema try HSN, Diane Gilman. I have been buying her jeans for years and I must say she has skinny, bootcut, and whatever styles you like. Please send me an email and let me know what you think. I have told everyone I know about her jeans my hair stylist, friends, family, and coworkers. They make your backside look awesome everyone will compliment you on how good you look. Now to answer your question it is not a good idea to wear ankle boots and your jeans cant tuck inside. Oh, I also wanted to tell you I am 5’10” and I wear 3 to 4 inch heels and her jeans look awesome they still cover my shoes. Just order tall.

My SIL and Mother-In-Law are 6’1″ and they generally find that they can find jeans that fit their length in certain brands that come in tall. Once they find something they like in a store (and have to pay a lot usually) they can order it online.
I know they buy Black House White Market often because they come in tall. Also Lucky brand jeans I know they splurge on so they fit.
