I don’t know if this will help, but it might be worth a try: tricep pushups the day of. Everytime I do them my arms look tighter, so it might be worth a shot for photos, etc πŸ™‚

Barbiestylez:  Girlllll…come over here so my dangling arm fat can whack you upside the head!!!

Seriously, you look ab-so-lutely drop dead gorgeous in that dress and i’m sure in everything you have.

Trust me..NO ONE will be looking at what you think is back fat or untoned arms. NO ONE! You look absolutely fantastic. IF you truly feel you must, just look up youtube videos and do some weight lifting.

You look absolutely amazing!!! So exciting!

Truthfully you probably cant make much of a visible change in back and arms in 10 days, but if you want to try (and i know i have tried, haha πŸ™‚ ) then I would do the following for the 10 days leading up to the wedding:

Push Ups, switching up how wide you spread your arms for each set

Tricep excercises with free weights with you have them (google for ideas)

Avoid Sodium

Avoid simple carbs (white carbs such as pastas, bread, etc, and sugar)

Drink lots of water

Ramp up lean protein

I like to use a finely milled bronzer with mild shimmer/glowing effect on my upper arms, shoulders, and collar bones and that always makes me look more toned as well. My fav is Tarte Amazonian Clay Body bronzer — its on sale at sephora right now too. πŸ™‚

Not that you NEED to change a damn thing, you look perfect!

Not like you need to BUT coming someone with a LONG personal history of fat arms…nothing helps but losing weight. Under our arms is ripped muscle and eveyrone has a sixpack! True story. Losing the fat on top of it exposes all that nice muscle. I swear!

Barbiestylez:  I think everyone has insecurities and I’m not trying to minimize your feelings but you’re being a bit too harsh on yourself. You look absolutely fit, healthy, thin, and gorgeous! Just keep doing what you’re doing and you’re gonna look amazing the day of!

Can’t wait to see your recaps πŸ˜€

You look great, but corsets are unforgiving little monsters! Since you’re already working out and eating a healthy diet and this is a QUICK fix, have you tried going to a spa and asking for a wrap to sweat out any water weight? I’m not sure if they can wrap your arms, but it never hurts to ask.

Honestly, you look ready for that aisle as-is, but if it eases your worries then go for it! πŸ™‚
