excellent! I’ve been running around like a crazy person the last 2 days and have barely eaten…but I’m going to chow down on some gelato before taking a bubble bath. holller!

If you aren’t in the habit of eating big breakfasts, now is the time to start!! I usually eat very sparingly at breakfast just because that’s how I feel best, but my SO and I recently went on vacation and stayed at a B&B that had good, but huge (for me) breakfasts. And we went out to dinner every night and I ate bread, which I normally hardly ever do any more. I gained 1 1/2 pounds in 5 days (!!!!!). Not exactly what I would prefer, but you could use the same method to remedy your “problem.” 🙂
