After months of poring over songs and nothing seemed to hit… I think we’re going with Kellie Coffey “Promise”.
So perfect because it is to my understanding that it plays after the fireworks in Disney…. Epcot I beleive… which we’ll be in Disney right after our ceremony!!!! Since it’s a Destination Wedding and my reception won’t be til the fall…. ‘m thinking I may have my first dance a little early… right there… after the fireworks!!!

That’s such a pretty song and it’s great that it works so well with you reception. I will admit I’m kinda jealous of your fireworks

THanks. Awwwwwww. The fireworks are a pretty rocking bonus. The only downer is that I don’t get to do that grand entrance after my wedding. My reception won’t be until like a month later!

There is no reason for you not having a grand entrance at the reception. Everyone attending loves you and they came to celebrate and have a good time. A fun intro is a part of that good time.
We have done this many times in a variety of ways. You can choose to arrive a few minutes late or just leave the room (bridal party too, if any) for a few minutes and then have your MC make the grand entrance announcement with the music of your choice. You can even start off the dancing by going directly from the intro to the dance floor and having your MC, at mid song, invite everyone to join you.
