Ok, after taking the time to read through most of the comments I have one thing to say. The open v looks sooooo much better on your body then it does I the original bride. Stretched out or not it looks like it was made for you

I’m not even going to comment on the dress. I’m sorry to the OP that she feels her moment of joy was ruined somehow by comments but really.. did you not realize that a *very* revealing dress would bring out some differing opinions? To the point where you cried over the not so over joyed ones?

You chose a dress that is going to get people talking. Even if my own sister had worn that gown I would’ve made a comment or two on the way out of the wedding. If you’re brave enough to own a gown that is so sexy then you should have the balls to deal with the fact that some people are going to think it’s inappropriate. A dress like that isn’t for the girl who cries when someone doesn’t like it.

roseapalooza:  No, I wouldn’t say those things to her on her wedding day, but I’d probably turn to my Fiance and say, “wow! That dress was crazy revealing!”

My point was that if a woman has the stones to wear a gown like that she should also have the stones to accept that some people are going to think it’s too revealing. I didn’t comment on the dress because you don’t seem interested in opinions unless they’re 100% positive. The whole point is that when you choose something very risque you need to have the confidence to own it and not give a crap that people think it’s too revealing. I would hate to see you crying on your wedding day if someone makes a comment about how tight/revealing your dress is.

I actually prefer the look of the neckline on you rather on the bride who wore it first. It looks more unique on you, not the typical V. If I had your body, I would rock that dress til it fell apart and then strut around naked for the rest of the time ๐Ÿ˜€ you look stunning!

Damn!! Phenomenal dress and figure to match! I do not feel the dress is too low (especially since you’re not getting married in a church). The bottom of the V hits at a good place BUT the V is a bit too wide open IMO and the only thing that would fix that would be to add a little more to the cup or (kooky as it may sound) add a little more to your hair. As it is, I’m seeing too much SKIN – not necessarily breast but skin in general. If you want a fabulous cleavage, GO FOR IT but offset by covering up a little more skin somewhere else be it shoulders or additional fabric on the cups to cover the TOP of the breast. You definitely could not find a more perfect dress for your body type. You’re seriously SLAYING that thing and the fabric looks super luxe and to die for but my 1st glance says there isn’t enough upper body coverage.

roseapalooza:  I think you look absolutely beautiful and that the dress looks like it was made for you BUTTTTTT guess what ? If I didn’t think that, then I wouldn’t comment on this thread, maybe I would comment if you asked for advice and people’s opinions on the cut /style etc. BUT that comment would be tactfully written and I would stress that it is just my opinion.

I thinks the bees on here especially some bees are being downright bitchy, their comments are carefully constructed to be as insutling as possible and undermine your confidence whislt still trying to sound fairly benign. It’s like the ‘cool’ girls at school bringing down others to make themselves feel better, gives me flashbacks to being 13 years old.

I think the underhanded comments directed to you here most likely come from peole who are purely jealous. I have seen posts with some dresses that are very unflaterring on women whilst very beautiful but maybe don’t have such a film star/sexy bod like you do (this is just my opinion) which have not gotten as much attention as yours.

So after all that I can I just say again that you look like a total babe!

Aprillover:  The “they must be jealous” argument is the default argument when you have nothing else to defend yourself with. It actually gets used a lot on this site, and you are absolutely right, it is very reminiscent of junior high.
