Im in need of a lot of help here, and I have been lurking these forums for a long time (how I actually found out about moissainiteco and ordered from them) so I decided to come here to see if someone could lend me a hand!
I have this ring: http://www.moissaniteco.com/split-shank-solitaire-moissanite-ring-p-10676.html
We are looking for a matching wedding band, or something that comes very close to it. We have tried a lot of rings on at stores that have big curves like this: http://www.overstock.com/Jewelry-Watches/Miadora-10k-White-Gold-Diamond-Accent-Curved-Wedding-Band/7554153/product.html
….they don’t fit very well because the curves on the engagement ring are actually sitting on a parallel line and doesn’t let the other ring sink into that space provided….The closest we have come to fitting it are rings like this with a very small curve: http://www.overstock.com/Jewelry-Watches/Miadora-14k-White-Gold-Diamond-Curved-Wedding-Band/4777696/product.html
We are looking for a ring that has the diamonds on prongs instead of inlaid in the band.
So weddingbees, let me see what you can do! 😀
Thanks so much for the help in the past!

@JayRaff: First of all, love the ring! Do you have a finger pic? Here’s the stock photo for everyone.
Have you asked MCo if they have something for it? They don’t have a matching band listed for my model, but when I emailed asking about one, they said they could get it for me.
Just making sure I understand your terminology–diamonds on prongs (shared prong?) and inlaid in the band (channel set?)

Honestly, I think you’ll be fine with a regular straight band! Especially if the back of the band (that touches the pad of your finger) is tapered, it will sit flush with the widest part of the ring at the front, near the stone!

Not the flashiest pictures, but I was trying the Macro on my camera 😛
…And yes, we want the shared prong not the channel set 🙂
…if we just get a straight band there is a big gap where it curves inwards to the stone though :O
I emailed the company about 2 hours ago, just waiting for a reply 😉

@JayRaff: A straight band would be fine, maybe try one on with the ring? But if you really want it to fit up against the ring and they don’t make a band that goes with that ring you’ll probably have to shell out some dough and have one made to go with it.
