I’ll try to keep this short but I really need some advice!
I am 100% committed to registering for kate spade gardner street GREEN fine china. I have been eyeing it for a while and now that I’m engaged and about to register I know it’s the one for me.
My problem is it’s not a “complete” set… I want a gravy boat, salt & pepper shakers, a butter dish etc. that will go with my pattern that I’m in love with. I’ve called kate spade and they said this pattern just doesn’t have those things.
I’m hoping that a bride out there who registered for this pattern can help me find these items in another china that would compliment the whole table. Or maybe a bride that ran into this problem can give some advice?
So far in my research I have noritake’s stoneleigh and spectrum china that I could get those items from or Lenox hannah platinum. Do those match?? I really have no idea what to do about this and don’t want to register for things that look awful!
Thoughts anyone? Thank you!!!!!!

Maybe buy the additional pieces from a set of china that is just plain white with a platinum edge. That should coordinate fine with your set (which is beautiful by the way!).

I agree with the PP. Just get a neutral piece either all white or hints that match your set. Considering the actual amount of usage you will get out of your set I don’t think anyone would notice the difference.

I love the idea of just a plain white or white with platinum for the completion pieces. I can’t tell you the number of times my mom has pulled the china gravy boat for use with regular dishes, because we needed two for some reason, so a neutral set would be great for versatility.

I registered for the Kate Spade Gardner Street, but the platinum. I did register for a gravy boat that has a platinum edge at Crate & Barrel too. Finding pieces with the edge would be your best bet.
