I have super thin hair and have never had it longer than a few inches past my shoulders, because it looks awful when it is that long! And, I’m not even sure it will grow that long because if it could, it would likely take about 4 years! I have always had thin hair that grows very slowly, but never thought about hormone issues as the cause…I will have to look into this…but, I digress.

I grew out my hair as long as possible before the wedding. My stylist did an awesome job of making my hair look nice and full! Wide curls pinned in the back did the trick! I have a picture from our rehearsal dinner night to show how my hair normally looks…although it is hard to tell how thin it really is. Then, I have some pictures of my hair done up! No need to worry! Your hair will look GREAT!

@Tangled:  Thank you! There is a little more length in the back, but than the front, so it is a little longer than it looks, but still very stringy! Are you having someone do your hair for you? And if so, are you having a trial at all?

Clip in extensions…they thicken as well as lengthen 🙂

Perfect! I actually had the same fears you did! And my trail wasn’t much help…she didn’t curl my hair before or anything…just sort of through it up there to get an idea of what I wanted, so I was still thinking that on the day of, whatever she did wouldn’t look full. But, she surprised me!

Clip in extensions work wonders and look really natural.  It can help give you fullness if that’s what you’re going for.  I have thick, but very fine hair and I got some clip ins to help make sure it “stays” and has the look I want.
