I know this might not be much help, but besides Asha I’ve looked for high quality CZ’s and spoke with Wink himself after buying the last of a few stock. Your best bet is to find someone with a Wink CZ in the size and color you want on diamondbistro, unless someone has found some amazing cut CZ’s I haven’t seen, and I’ve seen a lot. Good luck…

Here’s a couple I’ve found on ebay:

$68 and seller has 100% feed back and located in Canada.

There’s also crystal carbon from Canada as well. I know marriedalready69 has bought several stones from them. This size is running 125 canadian.

This thread talks about the crystal carbon stones but I couldn’t get any of the pics to pop up.

Hi! I’m in Canada too! I have ordered some gorgeous stones  that look amazing, are reasonably priced and with inexpensive shipping a bunch of times from Chris at: http://www.diamondcz.co.uk

I second lilredcat.  I’ve paid the ridiculous winkcz prices, and ordered cz’s from diamondcz as well.  Side by side they were identicle in every way.

I’ve also got Carbon labs cz’s set, my money is still on the Chris cz’s.  [the link above].

herb2 :  I don’t think any of it is hand cut and polished.. unless you can find that in the description somewhere.  However-his cz’s will stand up to anything more expensive out there.  Last year I purchased quite a few shapes and sizes for comparison to the wink, and there was not one bit of difference.   Just remember-not all jewelers will set a cz for you due to it being a softer material its more easily scratched than your standard gemstone/diamond.  But once they are set, they’re just gorgeous.  They can [some have, some haven’t] cloud over time.  But some bees here have been wearing theirs for 10+ years and they’re just fine.  Windex cleans them best [seriously].  Enjoy!

I found an old photo:

I took a new cz pear ring from berricle and put it in the oven and it came out warmer.  So I wouldn’t bake it if I were you.  They absolutely do *not* have the same sparkle and fire.
