Here are a few options that I found when looking:

There are also several vineyards that will fit this bill.  Wagner Vineyards may also fit the theme that you arel looking at.  How big are you looking to go?  The size of your wedding will be the determining factor with some of these venues.

One of my good friends had her wedding at Wagner in mid-summer, and I thought it was gorgeous—plus they did a nice job with food, beer/wine, etc. My Finger Lakes geography is lousy, though, so I have no clue if that meets your geographic wish list.

Wagner also has a brewery if that interests you at all.

I don’t know if Lamoreaux does any kind of private events. But they are just down the road and their view is spectacular!

Sorry, I only looked briefly at vineyards in Finger Lakes so I’m not much help on other kinds of venues.

Have you considered renting a lake property for the weekend? They are pretty affordable in comparison to any site fee for a venue.

FingerLakePremierProperties has a ton of really nice ones.

I am looking for the same.  The Barn in Ithaca is too small for your size, even though they will tell you it can fit 150.  I would suggest Hidden Valley in Watkins Glen State Park, it is the dining hall of the 4H camp there, but it is beautiful and rustic and has a fantastic catering kitchen.

I went to a wedding at Heron Hill winery and it was beautiful.  Not sure if it fits what you’re looking for, but might be worth looking into!
